WHAT ABOUT ME?

I moved to this area in 1969 when my father was stationed at Eglin AFB, FL and have never left the area I consider to be a piece of heaven.  During that time I have certainly seen our area change dramatically, but one thing has that has never changed is our beautiful beaches, our awesome fishing, and our strong community support of our military families.  I feel that because I come from a military family and have had to relocate that I am sensitive to their needs and strive to meet them.

I worked for a local defense contractor for 21 years before I left to assist my husband in our sign manufacturing business.  After working there for two years I found I yearned for my own business and found the wonderful world of real estate.  I love meeting new people and assisting them in either finding the new home or selling their existing home. I like to think I offer customer service with a touch of class, so whether you are buying or selling....leave it to Lisa.

I am a member of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) and served as the 2010 President for our local chapter.  In 2008, I  was honored by my local chapter as the Women's Council of Realtors "Realtor Member of the Year".  In 2007, I was awarded 2007 Realtor of the Year Award for Fort Walton Beach Chapter from the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.  I have also received the GRI designation from Graduate Realtor Institute.  I have also earned my Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation, and recently completed my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  I am a member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) had have also earned my Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and just completed all requirements for my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).  I have served on the Realtor Outreach Committee for four years.  I have also served on the Legislative Committee and currently serve on the Grievance Committee as well as Budget and Finance, and Professional Development.    I also serve on Women's Council of Realtors Florida State International committee and the Florida Association of Realtors International Committee, and the Business Forms committee.   I am member of National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.  If you do Facebook, please find me and let's become friends!
